Refund Policy

1. GENERAL

1.1.

At “Design Henge”, we are committed to providing high-quality digital and creative services tailored to each Client’s business needs. Since our services involve strategy, planning, design, development, marketing, and dedicated team time, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be applicable once a project has been confirmed and work has started.

1.2.

Design Henge provides service-based solutions, including website design and development, branding, UI/UX design, digital marketing, mobile app development, animation, hosting, and related creative or technical services. Under normal conditions, where the service is delivered according to the approved scope, agreed requirements, or Client-approved direction, Design Henge does not offer refunds.

1.3.

Refunds are not provided once the initial design, mockup, concept, strategy, or project direction has been approved by the Client. Refunds are also not provided for third-party services purchased on behalf of the Client, including domains, hosting, plugins, software, stock assets, advertising spend, or paid tools.

1.4.

Full refund conditions and non-refundable scenarios are detailed in the refund policy section of the service agreement, proposal, invoice, or Statement of Work shared with the Client.

2. SERVICE CONCERNS

2.1.

At Design Henge, we follow a quality-focused process to ensure that every project is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our team reviews project requirements, creative direction, technical standards, and client feedback throughout the service process.

2.2. Notification of Concern

If the Client believes that a delivered service does not match the approved scope or agreed requirements, they must notify Design Henge in writing within the review period mentioned in the service agreement. The Client should provide the following details:

- Project name or reference
- Description of the concern
- Relevant screenshots, examples, or supporting details
- Any communication related to the issue

2.3. Review Process

Once a concern is received, Design Henge will review the project scope, Client approvals, communication history, completed work, and service agreement. If the concern is valid, Design Henge may offer a suitable resolution, such as correction, revision, adjustment, service credit, or refund if eligible.

2.4. Refund or Resolution

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Design Henge. In most cases, service concerns are resolved through revisions or corrections within the agreed project scope.

2.5. Discretion of the Brand

Design Henge reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds, revisions, credits, or adjustments based on the outcome of the review and the terms of the service agreement.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1. Eligibility

Clients may request cancellation of a project by contacting Design Henge in writing. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be accepted if the project has already started, reached an approved milestone, or involved third-party purchases.

3.2. Timeframe

Clients should request cancellation as soon as possible after project confirmation. Once work has started, cancellation may not qualify for a refund, as team time, planning, research, design, development, or setup work may already have been completed.

3.3. Refund Process

If a cancellation is approved before work has started, Design Henge may issue a partial refund or service credit, depending on the project status. Any approved refund may exclude administrative charges, payment processing fees, consultation time, planning work, and third-party costs.

3.4. Exceptions

The following are exempt from cancellation and refund:

- Approved designs, mockups, concepts, or project directions
- Work that has already started or been delivered
- Third-party purchases made on behalf of the Client
- Hosting, domains, software, plugins, licenses, or paid tools
- Digital marketing setup, advertising spend, or campaign management work
- Custom service packages where planning or production has begun

3.5. Procedure

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, Clients must contact Design Henge with their project name, invoice or payment reference, and reason for the request. Design Henge will review the request and provide an update after assessing the project status.

3.6. Communication

Clients will be notified regarding the status of their cancellation or refund request through email or the official communication channel used for the project.

3.7. Liability

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, timely feedback, required content, approvals, and access information. Delays or issues caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or lack of communication from the Client do not qualify for refunds.

3.8. Changes or Updates

Design Henge reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
